Terrible!! The room is small and outdated, totally different from photos on 訂房網站. When I addressed this issue to front desk, a guy with Japanese ******** tattoo showed aggressive attitude and told me to contact *** (Korean booking app) to file complaints ( which doesn’t make any sense since I booked thru 訂房網站) or pay extra 25000 won to upgrade a room(the one in 訂房網站). I felt terrified and cheated. Hope 訂房網站 deletes this hotel from the list, so innocent traveler like me will not get cheated again.
